Happy hump day to you. I do so hope you have as fabulous a day as that expression implies. 😉
I just thought I’d drop you a quick note to let you know what’s up with my publishing schedule. I’m holed up writing all of January, so I haven’t been posting as much as I should. However, this month of writing should result in three projects over the coming months.
First up, I’ve got my Rapunzel Retelling, Ravishing Rapunzel. That’s the cover right there. Woo hoo! I’m going to get that set up for pre-order sometime within the next week. My plan is to have the book available by Feb. 17. I’ve got the cover, but I need to write the blurb before I set it up for pre-order. That’s also why the cover isn’t clickable. I don’t have a blurb to tell you much more about this tale. The good news is the bulk of the book is written. I’ve got to go in and flesh out a few things and then get it to the editor. But, I’m on target for the 17th, and once it’s set up for pre-order, that will be the final date, as Amazon frowns on the notion of you moving your pre-order. I’ll report back with the final date once the pre-order is set up.
I’m also working on a Rumpelstiltskin tale. That one isn’t as cheery as the other fairy tales because it’s an origin story for a character who is pretty nasty in his fairy tale. However, it’s different and sexy. That will appear in an anthology in March, and I’ll be able to publish it separately by April. I’ll have more details on it as the anthology gets closer to publication date.
I’m also working on a story for an anthology centered around a place called The Diamond Club. We picked our own cover images and the artist is going to design cohesively themed covers for it. I’ll actually be writing this one in February, and the anthology is coming out in May. So, lots of fun.
Anyway, just wanted to give you an update on what I’m up to. Hope everyone out there is doing well.
As always,
May your love remain in bloom.
